Standard delivery
- Free of charge for orders over £100
- Orders of £100 and under are charged at £4.95
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail and take 3-4 working days
- This is a tracked and signed for service and will require a signature
- You will be sent an email to notify you your delivery is on its way
- All orders are fully insured
Express 24 hour delivery
- Orders sent via Royal Mail and charged at £12
- This is a tracked and signed for service and will require a signature
- You will be sent an email or text message on the day of delivery
- All orders are fully insured
- Orders must be placed by 12noon Monday to Thursday for next day delivery
- Orders placed by 12noon on Friday will be delivered on Monday
Collect in-store
- Orders can be collected from our Horsham and Haywards Heath stores
- Depending on where the stock is located it may take 3-4 days to transfer it to the shop you have chosen to collect it from. We’ll contact you when the order is ready for collection.
