    Delivery

    Standard delivery

    • Free of charge for orders over £75
    • Orders of £75 and under are charged at £3.50
    • Orders are sent via Royal Mail and take 3-4 working days
    • This is a tracked and signed for service and will require a signature
    • You will be sent an email to notify you your delivery is on its way
    • All orders are fully insured

    Express 24 hour delivery

    • Orders sent via Royal Mail and charged at £10
    • This is a tracked and signed for service and will require a signature
    • You will be sent an email or text message on the day of delivery
    • All orders are fully insured
    • Orders must be placed by 12noon Monday to Thursday for next day delivery
    • Orders placed by 12noon on Friday will be delivered on Monday

    Collect in-store

    • Orders can be collected from our Horsham and Haywards Heath stores
    • Depending on where the stock is located it may take 3-4 days to transfer it to the shop you have chosen to collect it from. We’ll contact you when the order is ready for collection.

     

    Returns

    While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund.

    • FACE MASKS/SCARF MASKS CANNOT BE RETURNED - We consider masks a hygiene product and don’t accept returns, so you can be sure the mask you are getting has never been worn by anyone before.
    • Please return your item/s to Returns, Doodie Stark, 18A Market Square, Horsham RH12 1EU enclosing the return slip at the bottom of your delivery note, or quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
    • Items must be received back to Doodie Stark within 14 days of purchase but we kindly ask you to return them as soon as you possibly can. Outside of this time returns will unfortunately be rejected.
    • The item must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached.
    • Returns that are damaged or have signs of wear may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer and/or refund refused.
    • The items are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore, please send the package by recorded delivery for security purposes which will insure you for the value of the goods.
    • Please keep a record of proof of postage with the tracking number.
    • Doodie Stark is not responsible for the cost of returning any items (packaging and postage).
    • If you’ve received a free gift with your purchase please return the gift with your item.
    • Footwear must only be tried on carpeted surfaces.
    • Doodie Stark cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, lingerie, underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
    • Online purchases may be returned in person to one of our stores.
    • We aim to process all refunds within 10 days of receiving the item.
    • All authorised returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items.
    • Please note postage fees will not be refunded unless the reason for return is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

    Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item please contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days and advise us what item you would like to exchange it for. We will then contact you by email to confirm availability. All exchanges must be made within 14 days. Please note extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by the customer. If there is a difference in value for the exchange we will contact you to make payment over the phone.
